Day 1: New York City
Arrive in New York and transfer independently to your hotel. Overnight in New York City.
Day 2: New York City
This morning enjoy a city tour of the Big Apple, which includes some of the most famous sights of Manhattan. The rest of today is at leisure. Take a stroll through Central Park, catch a Broadway show or climb to the top of the Empire State Building (extra charge). Overnight in New York City.
Day 3: New York City via Finger Lakes to Niagara Falls
Drive across the state through Finger Lakes Country to arrive at one of the world’s natural wonders, breathtaking Niagara Falls. Indulge in some wine tasting at Watkins Glen, on the shores of Lake Seneca. Overnight in Niagara Falls.
Day 4: Niagara Falls to Pennsylvania Dutch Country
Explore the wonder that is Niagara Falls. Perhaps take a ride aboard Hornblower Cruises along the base of the Falls (extra charge). Or stroll along Table Rock to view the thundering waters of Horseshoe Falls.
Then travel into Pennsylvania Dutch country, also known as Amish Country. Overnight in Pennsylvania Dutch Country.
Day 5: Pennsylvania Dutch Country via Gettysburg to Washington, D.C.
This morning travel through the Appalachian Mountains along the picturesque Susquehanna River, the longest river on the American East Coast. Visit the historic Gettysburg Civil War National Battleground, site of the largest battle ever fought on American soil.
It is also the place where President Lincoln gave his famous address in 1863. From here, journey to the nation’s capital, Washington, D.C. Enjoy an optional evening tour and dinner (extra charge). Overnight in Washington, D.C.
Day 6: Washington, D.C.
Enjoy a tour of the nation’s capital and discover the city’s many landmarks such as the Washington Monument, the Lincoln Memorial, the White House and Arlington National Cemetery, site of the JFK Memorial. Spend the remainder of the day exploring some of the many museums comprising of the Smithsonian Institute or simply stroll along the banks of the Potomac River. Overnight in Washington, D.C.
Day 7: Washington, D.C. to Philadelphia
Continue to Philadelphia, the ‘City of Brotherly Love’ and the birthplace of America. See Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell on an in depth city tour.
Overnight in Philadelphia.

Day 8: Philadelphia to New York City
This morning return to New York where your tour concludes.
